The real questions becomes, will the power mad dictators who have taken this opportunity to enact tyranny on the citizens, actually follow the guidelines? They've ignored the guidelines that say firearms sales are essential services, and still tried to close them down. It's taken lawsuit challenges to keep the gun stores open (and in some places, they still aren't). There's no guarantee this will be followed, either.
