For my person, I think it is an interesting article in that if true it predates the idea of a restored doctrine in the early 1900's.
I am researching some other resources haveing come on some older manuscripts into Mexico and other countries as well.
Also in Ireland there appears to be evidence in the early 1800's of a extensive teachings of
Acts 2:38 as the new Birth message. I will try to copy and post these as I can.
