2 Kings 13:21 (KJV)
And it came to pass, as they were burying a man, that, behold, they spied a band of men; and they cast the man into the sepulchre of Elisha: and when the man was let down, and touched the bones of Elisha, he revived, and stood up on his feet.

Acts 19:11-12 (KJV)
11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:
12 So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.
i think the disagreement that "force" = "power" pretty much stems from Star Wars, which i get, but then we have these verses that describe results of the power, that do not seem to have required faith on the receiver's end, even while glorifying God.

And it seems to me that Scripture even gives us examples of how to abuse the power or force, without glorifying God, with the solemn warning to not engage in those practices--but without denying their existence. So how do you treat, say, an Edgar Cayce? Who attributed their power to God, and saved many from imminent death?
