I have never said it was the same body. Never, ever, ever.
When Jesus ascended the physical form went away. To where? To whereever God made it go.
It was not what John saw when he was on the isle of patmos. Even he used language like:
Rev 1:13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
Rev 1:14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;
Rev 1:15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
Rev 1:16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp two-edged sword and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
Is this the same body that ascended? Oh yeah, the same only different.
Even here the translators used the word "Like".

From the base of G3674; similar (in appearance or character): - like, + manner.
It was similar, yet when he describes it then it looks nothing like what is described in
Acts 1.
John is seeing a heavenly picture of Jesus. Yet, no the same picture as
Acts 1.
Am I missing something here?
