Dr's don't just use vaccinations as a way of ensuring repeat business though. My PCP tries pushing meds we don't need, which could cause worse issues which would require different medication.... and on and on it goes.
He asked me how I was once, and I told him a was a bit tired. That was a mistake. He rattled off 20 more questions about depression and anxiety and recommended an RX. I'm not depressed! I was up late the night before and woke up early that morning. I was simply tired from lack of a good night's rest.

Oh my goodness! This makes me crazy!!!

Don't tell your doctor I used the "c" word or he will want to medicate me as well. LOL!
One reason I never see a doctor unless I am bleeding or in extreme pain.
We were in a rear-end collision a few years ago and one nurse ran out of the room to tell another nurse that I said I had never taken the flu shot and never intend to do so. I wanted to laugh and say, "Calm down, lady."
It was totally hilarious and also totally embarrassing to see a person respond that way. It is just plain fear, and it's really sad people live their lives with such fear.
