Then you have preachers who since they did not bought the TV in their house, they can truthfully say they do not own a TV.

Then you have preachers who are constantly in someone's else house watching TV, who can truthfully say they do not have a TV in their house.

Then you have the preachers who use a monitor to watch all kinds of movies and TV programs, who can truthfully say they do not have a TV.

Then you have the preachers who use their computers to watch Netflix, Zulu and other videos who can truthfully say they do not have a TV.

Laws only create more laws, that is precisely what is happening in the UPCI, which is a rules oriented organization, they are now creating more rules for the Internet age, it just goes on and on, because people are looking for loopholes.

This is precisely where the Pharisees went wrong, they added rule after rule to the Sabbath to the point that people begun to hate the Sabbath.

Like you say "The conviction has to come from the inside."
So you’re saying the 1080P High Definition 3D projector hanging from my ceiling and projecting to a 100” screen mounted on my wall, while connected to a satellite DVR, a terrestrial OTA DVR, the Internet, Blu-ray, DVD, and even VHS won’t be breaking the rules if I move it out to my garage? Sweet!
