Maybe I can use the xylitol sitting in my pantry for something else, other than a sugar substitute then. My stomach just couldn't handle even very little amounts of xylitol. I'm going to check the library to see if they have her book available. It sounds like a much cheaper alternative than expensive dentistry work!
