Actually, many scholars believe it was to Israel's shame that a woman was a Judge & indicates their moral depravity (regardless, she did not expound from the Scriptures to men):

Specifically where does this - or any other - text state that Huldah expounded from the Scriptures brought to her:__________?
Amazingly, Huldah refuses to expound upon the very Scriptures that were brought to her - but she did powerfully operate in the gift of prophecy - which is exactly what women are free to practice (if it's the real thing & not some foolishness {& that goes for men or women}).
