Will be praying for you Pilgrum... the Lord is able to lead and guide you exactly where HE wants you to be... and perhaps the church HE leads you to may not fulfill all of your list, but perhaps, they need you to help them grow also! Perhaps you will be the leader in the assembly to lead them to a depth never reached before.... you just never know, and following the leading of the Spirit of the Lord will guide you in this!
