If you saw any of Watter's World interviews, he said that on average about 1 in 5 people were knowledgeable about the current issues we're facing. In this particular segment he was interviewing about Obamacare. Most knew slogans or catch phrases, but that was the extent of their knowledge on Obamacare.  |
