You are naive to think that your chosen type of church government would solve the failures of men.
You are also wrong to think that they bible advocates one particular church government or system over another. We are given some general information about how they did it in the New Testament church age but no specific commandments or instructions that things had to be one certain way.
As I have stated before I believe that God in his wisdom knew that the church would persevere though the ages with many changes in culture, etc that would or could dictate different ways of doing church.

Ain't my church system, it's the church system in the New Testament church which is the true church system. What we're seeing within Christianity is just a modified romanist system which bears little, if any, resemblance to the New Testament church. A man-centric, building-centric, system isn't found in the New Testament church. It's directly from the romanist system.
Yes, there will be failures by men, no doubt about that, but to have the failures in a man-centric, building-centric religious system causes far more hurt, destruction, pain and confusion than it would in the true New Testament system.
