Fine, then. I'll explain it myself. And I'll try to be accurate. Corrections are welcome.
I need to be saved from God's wrath. He's very angry with me for the sins I have committed. It wouldn't really matter what sins, nor how many, nor how severe: any sin is bad enough to bring it on.
God demands absolute perfection, or He will kill you. He
has to, because
He's perfect. And since I am not perfect, I must die. It is what I deserve. Nobody
can deserve to live. It is not
possible to be perfect. We
all deserve to be punished
for not be able to do the impossible.
So unless I am saved from it, I will end up receiving the punishment I deserve (which, besides mere "death", also includes, depending on who you believe, eternal torment in the lake of fire, or annihilation, or eternal separation from God, or a number of other possibilities).
So, a Savior is needed so I can avoid the horrible punishment that I deserve.
How'd I do?
