That verse does not say "I was born with sin"

"Sin" is what someone does by disobeying God.

It's impossible to be innocent but not sinless

Jesus was innocent
Mat 27:4 saying, "I have sinned by betraying innocent blood." They said, "What is that to us? See to it yourself."

It means "free from guilt"...Jesus was sinless
