I wouldn't want a ministers' fellowship/network, but a full body of believers--a fellowship of churches that included every part of the body of Christ. This group would maintain some accountability and training especially for beginning pastors and active laity and would hear any concerns/issues and offer fair resolutions. They would not permit gossip or unprofessional behavior, and would not deny any member the right to relocate or change churches to another church in the same denomination (by the bylaws or manual) for any reason. They would also not send whispers of slander along with a member if he/she/they decided to transfer.
