Captcha has stopped working

My husband has forgotten his password and cannot do a password recovery because the captcha box is saying that it has stopped working and needs an update.

There's Votive, Praxeas, and CC1, all three are admins, right? I think Esther is one too?

It's working again, thanks for the fix, I haven't been able to log in for quite some time now and I tried to email about it myself so I could rest my password.
