What's your Definition of a Liberal UPC'er....
What's your definition of a Liberal UPC'er...
We bandy about terms UC... Mod...Lib.. But what determines who's what... I know of a Well Known Man who Preaches Ultra Conservative conferences and is a Great Bible Teacher.. but found out recently that UC Folks consider him a Moderate because of his use of Video in the Church... But what Constitutes a Liberal in your Book??? To me.. I would consider a UPC church liberal if they.. Men wearing Shorts.. Men with long hair.. Women wearing pants.. Women cutting hair... Women wearing make-up.. Showing Movies in church.. Things like this... Moderate to me is.. Use of Video... Allowing Sports... Allowing Facial hair on men... Short Sleeve shirts for men... |

Liberal in praise Liberal in Worship Liberal in Giving Liberal in Faith Liberal in Trust Liberal in Kindness to others Liberal in being obedient to the Masters words concerning my neighbor Liberal in Evangelism Liberal in allowing the Holy Ghost to work. Aint it kinda funny when we talk about lib- con and all that stuff it is only about the outside....whatever happened to getting the inside right and the outside will take care of itself. |
