Pastor Dowell is a oneness/Acts.2:38 overseer of a communal compound located in Tennessee. I don't agree with some of his theology but he seems to have good managing skills. There may be some quality info to pass on through these series of videos.

Mylar bags would be my choice with a heat seal, then stored in an enclosed 5 gallon bucket.
