I don't believe that if one doesn't 'get wet' they will be lost, but I believe that when we repent and turn our lives around, we will want to symbolize our transformation with baptism.

I beleive that we are saved by faith through grace our sins are washed away by the blood of Jesus at the moment that we put faith in Him for salvation. Only those who are saved are canidates for baptism. However even though i do not agree that we must be baptized to be saved i believe that it is an act of obedience and therefore if we refuse to be baptized we will cease to be saved since we would then be walking in disobedience.
