Why can't the media accept the GZ Verdict?
It is absolutely insane that the media is going over interviews before, after and during the GZ trail...a trial that is..... NOW OVER AND A VERDICT REACHED!
I just turned on CNN and they STILL have this thing going on! Are they THAT desperate to fill a news cycle? Is there nothing else is going on in the world? It really gets old when they go over and over and over the SAME THING CONTINUALLY! Like it is going to change the verdict of the trial! It is absolutely mind blowing that they are still stuck on this case. I wonder how quick this would have been dropped if the media had of gotten their way and George Zimmerman was found guilty and was sentanced to several years in prison? Probably not as long as this idiotic news cycle goes on! George Zimmerman was AQUITTED! GET OVER IT ALREADY! Sure this was a tragedy, but it was also a clear cut case of self defense! DEAL WITH IT! |

CNN seems to be the ones still on it the most.

There will always be light and darkness in our world (until the new earth), it is the contrast, and the call for us to be overcomers. God has allowed evil to call the elect to goodness, so don't resort to the same level of the darkness. He will deal with the darkness in His plan of the ages, and all will be brought to the light. The bad in the world works in His plan, otherwise good would not be good. If you have pure light you are blind, if you have total darkness you are blind, the contrast give you sight!! In the ages to come God will complete the maturing of His creation, this is all temporary. |
Re: Why can't the media accept the GZ Verdict?
"There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs. There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don't want the patient to get well." - Booker T. Washington
So it is today for Holder, Sharpton Jackson, et al. |

I am afraid that there is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don't want the patient to get well, because as long as the disease holds out they have not only an easy means of making a living, but also an easy medium through which to make themselves prominent before the public. -Booker T. Re: Why can't the media accept the GZ Verdict?
The issue today is that great black men of the past have fought and died for freedom and equal treatment under the law and the progress their life long dedication bought has been squandered and replaced with a culture of hate and blame.

Seriously, though; how very sad. |
Re: Why can't the media accept the GZ Verdict?
The Media has an liberal agenda.
Reality does not seem to matter to this Media, the truth is what they say is the truth. Events are not taken at face value and reported as they are, but must be twisted to conform to their reality. In their mind the only possible verdict is guilty and because it did not happened then they are unable to handle the reality of that that verdict. |

I think of Jack Nicholson in that movie saying "THE TRUTH? YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!" I think that is true of today's media with the George Zimmerman case....they simply "can't handle" the outcome of the trial, because it was different from what they had hoped! Kinda like a kid putting his fingers in his ears and saying "na na I can't hear you"! The fact is, they really don't want to hear what the real verdict was and want their own outcome to be fact. But that is just not going to happen. Like I said to the media, The trail is over and verdict reached...deal with it! I did not like the Casey Anthony verdict, but I got over it. They found her not guilty...and no matter what I thought I respected their verdict. That needs to happen in this case by the media! Just deal with it and move on. |
