Healthier Alternatives

Take a watermelon, cut off both ends. Cut off all the rind, trim flat on top and bottom. Stand up on end and place on large platter. Pat the sides dry with a papertowel and "frost" with whipped coconut milk or lite Cool Whip. Decorate with fresh fruit! Watermelon cake! |

That is so neat!! I suppose you'd use a
"seedless" watermelon? I don't guess it would matter though. |

Yummy! What keeps the whip from sliding off the wet melon? Also, did you use Cool Whip or whipped coconut milk?

Curse those Twinkies!
I'm building my supplies of good things.....got coconut flour, coconut oil, faxseed flour, home raised fresh eggs, clean, lean beef and of course, weekly I go to the Farmer's Market for all their fresh fruits and veggies. The only downfall to eating better requires me to cook/prepare everyday - trying to adjust to that since I've been used to a bowl of cereal for dinner. |
