Tennessee Mosque

Interesting article. Absent the federal courts I do not believe the communities here are any better than the communities in, say, Yemen.

Sad

American's can still be...stand offish to muslims.

Thank God we got a system in place that tolerates muslims, however. As opposed to some Muslim nations that will kill you simply for being a Christian.

Re: Tennessee Mosque

Sally Wall, one of the leading opponents of the mosque, said she wasn't surprised by the ruling and never thought her group would win the court case. She said she just wanted to show Muslims that they are not welcome in Murfreesboro.

Faced with the fact that the mosque is likely to be opening soon, Wall said she hopes it doesn't bring "1,000 to 2,000 Muslim families here."
She plans to keep up the fight, and said the controversy has drawn the community closer together.

"Everyone else feels the same way I do (about the mosque) except the 5% who moved here the day before yesterday," she said.

I am not surprised if that is the case.

Sad really. Slavery is gone. Muslims have become the new target of southern hate.

Lots of living, breathing "infidels" in Muslim countries.

IF: You show up hairsprayed in a lincoln continental with fistfuls of money and an unwelcome message in Watts and get killed for it you are just written off as stupid

IF: You show up hairsprayed in a lincoln contental with fistfuls of money and an unwelcome message in some overseas country and get killed for it this somehow makes you a noble martyr?

LOL

Even Paul/Saul said he would be different things to different people. I am very sorry to point this out but pride is what keeps the christian community from adhering to the rules around them and pride is what is getting christians killed in faraway countries overseas.

Question: Would this be noble martyrdom or just a stupid way to get killed: Dress up in "Ihram" or the all-white clothing reserved for Hajj and then head out for a few beers to one of the cowboy bars west of Houston, figure out what those boys believe in, and then loudly and publicly put down their beliefs? I'm pretty sure that's a good way to get carried out.

Don't otherwise discuss "poor dead infidels" with me until you explain to me what makes you believe you can show the above disregard, which, by the way is what some of you do overseas, and not expect the same reaction you would get in west tx. I have never seen a dead "infidel (lol i love that term)", only thousands of live ones. Let's discuss those then let's discuss the difference.

Re: Tennessee Mosque

One thing is for sure, when Christ returns we don't have to worry about mosques, or any other false religions worshipping centres.
No more Islam, no more Latter Day Saints, no more or whatever is out there.
No more strange cults worshipping anything that appeals to them.
Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Christ is Lord.
What a day that will be.....
Then the glory of the moon will wane, and the brightness of the sun will fade, for the LORD of Heaven's Armies will rule on Mount Zion.
He will rule in great glory in Jerusalem, in the sight of all the leaders of his people.

Hmm; how would Jesus pursue a lawsuit against
a God-fearing religion, hmm...

Not hate but very careful monitoring and intense peaceful resistence. They are a maglinant cancer, enemy of every right thinking man or woman. They are a tool of the prince of darkness and only American civil law will keep them within the boundaries of peaceful pursuits. Personally, I believe they are as anti-American, as anti-Christian, as anti-Semitic, as devious and as deceived as any fool on planet earth.

Tomorrow I'll tell you what I really think.

Be not deceived, Islam is a growing sore on the body politic. They have nothing of value to offer mankind. They are a disease.
