Matt 13
10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

Luke 8
9 And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be?
10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.

Matt 13
31 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
32 Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.


Luke 13
18 Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I resemble it?

Kingdom would be mean the place where the power and will of God reigns

In my opinion they are the same.

Matthew ordinarily uses the term "kingdom of heaven" except for
6:33
12:28
19:24
21:31, 43

comparing verses like Matthew 13:11; Mark 4:11; Luke 8:10, the terms seem to be used interchangeably

In my opinion, kingdom means kingship or rule and the kingdom of God (or Kingdom of Heaven) would mean the kingship of God or reign of God or rule of God so everyone who has submitted to Jesus as Sovereign or King or Lord is in the Kingdom.
