Web hosting?

My wife just for licensed for day care in our state and she wants me to build her a website. Does anyone know of a good cheap web hosting service?

We're using Geocities (Yahoo's paid hosting service) and have the business account. They have no set data transfer limit although I would bet anything that if you started pushing a hundred gigs a month they would cancel your account if you didn't go for a much more premium and expensive plan. We're paying about 30 bucks every three months.

I use http://www.startlogic.com. They are around $6 per month (Paid on a per year basis) and they have all I need and the uptime has been great. No problems for the whole 3 years we have been with them.
