McCain blew it when running for office. He needs to stay out of it now. Yes, I did vote for McCain rather than for the disgrace we have in there now!!

To the majority of people in this country(even the ones who disagree with the President) it isn't necessary. But to a small minority of ultra right wing fanatics like Rush Limbaugh and his disciples it is. They could care less about civil disagreements, it's all about whether "their guy" is in power and whether "their" misguided ideas are at the forefront of American policy in the world.

As long as it's "their" guy he can do no wrong, no matter the utter mess his wrong ideologies bestow on the country.

I remember one preacher on this forum during the primary elections saying the world would have been better off if Obama's mother had had an abortion! He even refused to apologize for the remark when called on it.

It's a shame that brand of politics is encouraged by people on both sides of the aisles. That junk doesn't solve a single problem, put a single person back to work, help anyone without healthcare or improve life for our veterans. It's a blight on the political process, IMO.

I believe this is an attempt at a joke, people ... don't you remember saying this back in grade school. Good grief, lighten up. That was my favorite line ... "yo momma's ugly and dresses you funny" back when I was a kid.

McCain needs to retire. Hated having to vote for him. Knew he would lose, but I couldn't and wouldn't vote for BHO.

Thank you Jermyn, I knew you were one of my greatest fans. I was joking but realize it was rather unchristian and would like to apologize. I'll try to do better in the future. My inherent sense of humor sometimes is a little cutting. It appears different in writing than in person.
