What did you have for Christmas dinner?
 

Spinach dip and home-baked sourdough bread.

No place cards. (Inside joke! :jolly)

Spinach salad (mmmmm, with bacon).

Cornish game hens.

Candied Yam Souffle. (I wouldn't call it a true souffle, but it was different from the usual. Pretty good, too.)

Green been casserole (over-cooked because we forgot about it, but tasty anyway).

Glazed carrots.

Cranberry sauce (mmmmm, berries! :jolly).

Stuffing (was on the menu, but we forgot to make it!).

Snicker pie (haven't tried it yet -- too full, and not enough time yesterday).

Cheesecake: This year White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake with a Raspberry Puree sauce to spoon over. Wonderful!!

Everything homemade of course! Christmas dinner was at my place this year. 20 adults and 6 children. Had an awesome time. The last person left about 10:30.

And we had brunch out late this morning with my parents and sister & husband. I love my family!!! :heart
