Sell House
 

Our house is back on the market and we need to sell. We may end up renting again, but really don't want to go that route. This is just not a good time of the year to try and sell.

We also need to make the right decision.

I bought a house in Dec., sold a house in Dec. and we bought a condo last Dec. So, even though it is not a great time of the year to have a house on the market, it can be done. With God all things are possible.

No it is my house in Houston. We rented it with the understanding they would also buy the house. They informed us a couple of days ago they are moving out Dec 1. That is not even a 30 day notice, PLUS, this is not a good time of the year to put your house on the market.

I really don't want the hassel of renting again. I would much rather sell.
