Just excited that at least some form of Football has started!!!!

Also excited because the point of these games is to evaluate a lot of the new players and some of the Titans ones looked great.

Our newly drafted running back broke one loose for a 65 yard touchdown and the other new guy carried for 115 yards.

The analysts said even for a preseason game the number of yards on the ground was very impressive.

My hubby has been invited to the Titan's Texan game. He HATES the Titan's since they left Houston. Actually, it is the owner he dislikes ;)

Everybody dislikes the owner and I think he is at least smart enough to realize that beccuse since moving the team to Tennesseee Bud Adams is almost invisible here. He keeps a very low profile.

You might only see his name in the paper or on a newscast a couple of times a year. Thank heavens!

I love the Texans also. When the team was first announced and the logo revealed a year or two before the team actually played a game I bought my kids Texans caps for that Christmas.

I really thought they would be one of those new expansion teams that would come out of the gate very successful and dominate but that was not the case. Instead they almost killed their poor quarterback, David Carr, with a record amount of sacks. I am surprised that guy knows his name by now and can count past two.

I read the St. Louis newspaper article today and they said that the Titans 340 yards rushing on the ground against the Titans in this preseason game would have been the most yards allowed since a 1951 game had it been a regular season one.

It wasn't that one or two Titans had success in the run - all of them did! Every running back from the starter to the third sting and also VY himself with his 35 yard run.
