Feeling Sick & High Blood Pressure
 

Sorry to bother you all but we were on our way to Church tonight for Bible Study and I turned around and went home.
Today when I was in the Doctors office, my Blood Pressure was high even after taking my meds.
I have a headache & am a little nauseated.
I am going to lie down.

He is sending me to a lab tomorrow morning to get Blood work done in case something is amiss or they need to adjust my medication.

I am not feeling well.

Perhaps it is the enemy.

In any case, any prayer would be appreciated.

My blood pressure has been kept under control for 12 years by using metoprolol (100 mg per day) and lisinopril (10 mg daily) but has been higher lately because I am now taking ibuprofin to keep arthritis pain at a bearable level.

Make sure your doctor knows what all medications (prescription and otherwise) plus any health type supplements you may be taking. Some times they don't all work together harmoniously.

Thank you for the concern & prayers.
I am heading out the door to the lab for blood work.
They wanted it first thing in the morning as they wanted me to fast before giving blood
to get a more accurate reading.
