Please pray for Ron:
Ron is a man I work with. He is a devout Evangelical Pentecostal and we talk Bible a lot. I've known him for two years and every time we talk Bible the Lord has restrained me from witnessing to him. He is well aware and fully believes that the traditional church is still wrestling with traditional doctrines. Well, yesterday we were talking about the Bible and the book of Acts came up. I described to him I believed that Acts was the battle ground of the church. We all believe the gospel (death, burial, resurrection of Christ) but we differ on how it is applied. He asked what I meant and wanted me to elaborate. So I elaborated on Acts 2, 8, 10, 19, and 22. I discussed the name of Jesus with him and how Jesus is God manifest in the flesh. It was quite a study. He came into my office at about a quarter to 10:45 and didn't leave until 12:35 or so. It was a great study. He asked me to write up the study we had so he could study it at home. While I was talking to him about these things his eyes were welling up with tears and I saw that he had goosebumps all over his arms. I know Ron can be reached. Please pray, pray, pray. Please pray for Ron to receive a revelation of the truth and to have a desire to obey as God reveals more light to him.
