Buying an I-Pud Mamo
 

You read that right....my roomie comes home and shows me this package....the side says "Ipod" and 8gig...

He was so happy. He asks if that is a lot of memory and can he store a lot of songs. I said yes but the number depends on the size of the songs....he does not believe me so he calls Best Buy and they pretty much confirm the general number of songs (I gave him an average)...

Oh boy was he thrilled....you see on the sticker, besides Ipod and 8Gigs it gave the price of about $250...he paid $40.

My first thought was this was stolen...until he tells me he had a box full

We go upstairs to sync it and it won't sync with Itunes...or Itunes just does not recognize it.

Im looking too at the Ipod screen and it just does not look right....

Then I decide to cut and paste a bunch of songs and they won't all copy...not enough room.

So I check and this Ipod has less than 1gig space...in fact it has less than 200megs.....

You figure it out by now? He paid $40 for a $2.50 IPud Mamo.....it was a fake lol

$40 could have bought a refurb MP3 player that is decent online.
