Welcome Frankie!
Fredericton was my hometown.
In the early eighties Marysville had just over 200; Life Tabernacle had about 220; and Union Street had approximately 80. After the "Life Tabernacle Revival" at Marysville, and the "amalgamation" of Union Street into the Marysville congregation, 500 must have been about right.
One thing that I really enjoyed about visiting a couple of UPC events held in Marysville this year was seeing so many of the Fredericton seniors who I have known most of my life. With the seniors that they have there, I can easily believe that they have some great prayer meetings. It was my privilege to spend Saturday evenings praying with many of them at Life Tabernacle as a teenager.

Wow did you ever nail it. I almost started a thread about this late wed night after service. We changed our regular Wed night format to accommodate our wonderful missionary friends, the Shalms from Pakistan. What a wonderful Spirit filled service including the song service to which Sis Shalm referenced. It was a pretty new music set for wed night standards yet as I looked around, I wept as I saw the senior pillars with hands lifted high singing a new song. I'm talking folks in this thing for 50+ years...then as I watched them surround my Pastors and lay hands on them...I felt a bit of heaven.
MapleLeaf, again, you nailed it!
