If I heard they were nearby I would definitely make a trip to be there if it all possible. I really liked "Ain't Nobody Like Him" |
THADELUPUS ; You will enjoy them I'm sure - Terry's Dad and I have been freinds since we were teenagers - {we even shot a catfish in his Grandpa's garden} My Dad Baptized Terry's Grandpa - I was in the service at S Flint when Terry and Gregg {his younger brother} both received the Holy Ghost - Terry & Gregg used to go swimming with Mark & Nathan { my sons } Gregg now pastors The Eva Church about 60 miles from me - I had not seen Terry for some time and I heard that they would be in concert at a North Carolina Church. We arrived a little late and they were singing. I knew that Terry recognized me a we entered because he started playing the Keyboard in a Floyd Cramer Style. {Terry taught himself how to play the piano by mimicing the Floyd Cramer LPs} Bishop1 :grumpy |
One of my favorite songs that they sing is " Aint no devil in hell gonna walk on the Jesus in me"
They were very popular in the UPCI in the early. They used to be from Michigan, not sure where they live now. Back then they were called Terry Wilbanks singers. I have all there cassettes. Does that tell you how long they been singing LOL |
