No the reality is that is your judgment based on the fact that it doesn't stand up to a US earned PhD.

How do you figure?

South Africa University compares to Gordon-Conwell, Loyola, Regent, Graduate Theological Union, Oral Roberts, Yale Divinity, Assembly of God Theological Seminary, Master's College... even Urshan Graduate??

That's a value statement? How much of a stretch are we making here?
