Bro. Benincasa and Sis. Amanah, I’m so thankful y’all made it safely through the storm. Continued prayer for all others affected.

There ya go.

Just like I said, Jesus made no allusions to severe weather changes. In the above verses weather isn't being mentioned. No tornados, hurricanes, or blizzards in the northern Utah. The above is dealing with decreation of the creation. The audience of Jesus would of taken His words as a warning to their generation. They wouldn't of looked at each other and said, "whew, I'm glad this doesn't mean anything to us." Walking off and shaking their heads.
What is interesting, is that Jesus uses the word ἀπορία which simply meant "to be clueless on what is happening." Weather (especially now) people who live in coastal cities know why their "waves are roaring." Again, Jesus never spoke about weather being a indicator of endtimes. What He did say in the above passage, is that the signs would be heavenly, and show up politically (first century politics). That all these signs were directed to His audience (if it wasn't ) then it was no use to them. Jesus did mention earthquakes. How's California doing? ;)

Yet, Jesus did say earthquakes. So, living out West might not be advisable. Not only could they have blizzards, unable to use cordless coffee makers, but have to deal with earthquake in diverse places.

I think I figured it out!
The "waves roaring" found in Luke 21:45 and the earthquakes found in Matt 24:7, Mark 13:8 and Luke 21:11 clearly is referring to both coasts of the USA!
How can I say that assuredly, you might ask?
Quite simply, as the answer is hidden in plain sight, and yet so may do not see it.

Luk 21:20.. And when ye shall see JerUSAlem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh...

CATCH THAT?
As we know, Jerusalem is now being surrounded by armies, it is really a metaphor of the attack on the New JerUSAlem!
YES. There. I said it. USA! USA! USA!

Ronald Regan even proclaimed, the USA is the shining city upon a hill. (you think that was just happenstance?)

Actually it was John Winthrop, the first governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony, in 1630. Who said that the Colony was a shining city upon a hill. He was also an alchemist (magic) and tried to help innocent women who were accused of witchcraft in Connecticut.

But, I digress. Are you saying that the USA is the New Jerusalem? Or that the New Jerusalem will set down in California or Utah? Enabling cordless coffee makers to work during a nasty blizzard and earthquake? Do you know it gets really cold in Utah? Doesn’t get cold in FLORIDA. :happydance

Thankfully my power has been restored!

A tree fell on the line. They had the top of the tree cut off at this point, and were in the process of removing the tree to fix the problem.
