I don't like how somethings were translated, I used it to preach from for 2 years. Also the Aramaic has issues trying to translate Matthew 19:24, Mark 10:25, Luke 18:25 properly. Unless you believe that Jesus was speaking about trying to pass rope through a needle's eye, instead of a camel. Also the Roman Catholic Church runs to the Peshitta Matthew 16:18 to prove that Jesus was calling Peter the rock that the Church would be built upon. Another reason I reject the idea of a Hebrew/Aramaic Matthew because Matthew 16:18 doesn't work in Aramaic.

Different texts do read differently. That is what makes it all so interesting. At least for geeks like me.

Syriac Aramaic (the type used in the Peschitta) was used from the 4th century A.D.. Keep in mind, the early Peschitta New Testament was only 22 books, five books were missing, which included Revelation as one of them. Some verses in the Gospel accounts of John and Luke were missing altogether (can't remember at the moment which ones) which later had to be entered back in by translators in the early 20th century. Also the Peschitta goes out of its way to attempt to conceal verses which absolutely point to Greek speakers of the Bible, trying to disguise the fact of the New Testament's Greek participants.

Not all Greek manuscripts have all the same verses, or, in a few cases, place certain pericopes in the same place. It is all very interesting to me, but confusing to others.

This is correct, but we still have a huge collection of manuscripts, plus the mountain of research from Theoretical lexicographers. Still keep in mind there are people who cannot even understand the plain English wording of some text, let alone trying to understand the Greek, Aramaic, or Hebrew. If agenda based study can cause people to deny the plain wording in their own language, then even if Jesus preached, and David played his harp, they still wound't change their minds.

Finally the number of Bibles without the Trinitarian ending at Matthew 28:19 has surpassed 30.

It seems more people are abandoning the Trinitarian ending. :D

Please list the 30 if you haven't yet. If you have please post the number of the post where you listed them. Thank you for your work researching all of this. :)
