I didn't get through this entire thread. I didn't grow up "in church" and I can see why a courtroom of people who are accustomed to women commonly wearing bikinis would think the accusation of "fornication" for wearing a bikini was the most ridiculous thing ever. Which it is. I don't know Ms. Driver, or her church background. Women wear bikinis everywhere, and are faithful to their husbands. The comments that she had sexual motivations, etc. Why is that since being in church I have seen the most look down their nose at others, legalistic types those are the ones with the dirtiest minds? Everything is about sexual motivation, to them. Kind of reminds me of the quote "If you look for the bad in people expecting to find it, you most surely will". Sure, I know wearing a bikini isn't exactly modest, but to the world it's just a bathing suit.
